SIZING

I am not sure what size I should order. Do you have a recommendation?

Keep in mind that our styles for women are loose and figure flattering. Our shirts are not skin tight, so instead of sizing up, we recommend sizing down. If you still need help, please contact us and we would be happy to give you more assistance.

ORDERING

You will receive an email with a tracking number after you place your order. If you have additional questions, you can email us at support@sweatwithsoul.com and we would be happy to provide you with an update.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please email us at  support@sweatwithsoul.com or call (818) 347-8906 (Mon-Fri, 10am-5pm PST) and we will help you as best we can. If your order cannot be canceled because it is already in the mail, we can walk you through our returns process.

IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING IT?

If something is out of stock, email us at support@sweatwithsoul.com and we are happy to check for you.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We accept unworn, unwashed, unused merchandise in their original condition and original packaging for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To see full policy, please  click here.  Please allow 14 days for us to process your return merchandise. We will include any taxes you were charged, excluding shipping charges once we receive your merchandise.
